Clip Studio Paint view in PS

Hello! I am a digital artist who usually works with multiple files at one time in Photoshop. I was given a chance to check out Clip Studio Paint which was lovely but I still prefer Photoshop. The only problem with PS is I cant figure out a way to open multiple viewing windows and still have one large window open, along with three viewing windows of the drawing I am working with. I understand that PS is not a drawing program and that CSP is so this may not be possible at all but it is worth a try.

Below I am attaching an image of the layout in CSP that I am trying to achieve in PS. On the left there are three windows for viewing my current drawing in varying sizes. On the right we have a window for reference images and next to that are corresponding images that I am working on in a set for a single customer. I would really like to accomplish this in a way that the windows do not move and do not resize every time I load in a new file. Any thoughts or suggestions? If it absolutely cannot be done that is fine. Not looking for answers such as "If thats what you want use CSP."

The features that Photoshop has along those lines are the Navigator panel and the Window > Arrange > New Window command. There is only one Navigator panel, but you can open as many new windows as you want, arrange them as you wish, and you can have different zoom levels in each window. The Navigator has a zoom slider at the bottom of the panel and resizing the panel itself will also change the size of the view.

I know this doesn't exactly replicate what Clip Studio does, but I hope it helps.

This is currently what I am doing but every time I open a new file in one of the windows I have to resize it and that is a pain. Is there such a thing as keep window size?

I'm afraid not.

I don't think that's possible in PS. However, you can turn on the Navigator Panel, which will show the entire artboard as a smaller window.
