Clipping mask for 2 transparent png files

Hi all! Looking for some tips on how to accomplish this.

I have two png files. One with a bunch of text that ishas a transparent background. The other png file is a transparent heart shape. I want to put the text into the heart shape with the letters only showing within the heart shape.

What is the best way to accomplish this effect?
