Clone Samp Tool Stopped Working Correctly

Something got reset in my clone stamp tool. Resetting tool options for that tool did not help. Expected behavior, which is to paint source color/pattern onto the target area, is not happening. Nothing changes when dragging, after selecting source area.

Any ideas appreciated, as always.
