I change the hardness, but nothing happens?? Will only be a weak cloning of what I want to achieve..

I have to run the clone over many times to get the same strength and color as I wish to clone.

It worked before but not anymore??

when I dialed in, the mouse shows how it should be, but it only hides (weak shadow)

I solved it I have now reset all settings 🙂

It looks like the Opacity for the Clone Stamp Tool is not set to 100%, which would explain why you have such weak cloning.

Change the Opacity to 100% and see if that makes any difference.
