Cloud stating full with no saved files...

I cannot for the life of me figure out what in the world is going on. It says my cloud storage is full and therfore the mobile to web uploading isnt working. However there are 0 files saved in any of the folders in my files. They are empty. Synced files, documents, all empty...

IVE GOT THE SAME PROBLEM HAS ADOBE REMOTE LOOKING INTO MY LAPTOP AND EVEN HE COULD NOT FIND ANY FILES AND DIDNT KNOW WHY I HAVE 20.9GB OF FULL STORAGE WHEN IVE NEVER BACKED UP OR SYNC MY  CLOUD AND NOW I CANT USE PHOTOSHOP AS IT KEEPS CRASHING ,ITS A ADOBE SCAM TO MAKE YOU BUY MORE STORAGE JUST TO BE ABLE TO USE PHOTOSHOP

Go to Assets.adobe.com and check there and also check the Libraries.

Depending on your settings, you could have been auto-adding assets to your library.

If you have 20GB of cloud storage in your account, it can be used by Lightroom, Photoshop documents, and Acrobat Document cloud. Your storage counts in total as one. Check this article to learn more: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/file-storage-quota.html

 

You can log on to the following pages and check for files or documents in Libraries, Deleted Files, Images, and assets.

Acrobat Web (Document Cloud Home) - https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files

Start by signing out of your CC app(s) and sign backing again. Also check the status via amweb browser. Anything more will require specific details like system info and evidence screenshots.
