Code Error 205

Hello,

I have a major problem with being able to access more than half of my adobe applications due to this error code "205." I have attempted to delete the adobe certificates and restart the application but the error still comes up. I am not sure if I am missing a step or not, but I cannot seem to resolve this on my own. I attempted to contact Customer Support over the phone and they did not know what they were talking about saying that the student plan does not have acces to lightroom, premiere pro, photoshop and over half my applications. I have been very busy lately since I run a business and cannot be on the phone for hours on end. If someone could please reach out to me regarding this issue that would be much appreciated!

Apps that I cannot access right now due to error 205:

Lightroom

Premeire Pro

Illustrator

Photoshop

My Computer:

MacOS Big Sur

Version 11.3.1

Apparently Error 205 indicates that your downloaded installation file has became corrupted.

I suggest you uninstall the applications using the drop-down menu in the Creative Cloud App. and reinstall them again.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove them.

(I assume you have plenty of RAM and spare disk capacity.)
