When trying to do some color balancing, the color balance panel becomes unresponsive. I am unable to click cancel or ok or do anything else other than move the panel around. Thus, I have to force quit photoshop and lose all of my editing on the image. This just started after updating to PS 2020. V 21.1.3. Running Mac Mohave 10.14.6. iMac 2019.

See if resetting the photoshop preferences fixes the issue.
In photoshop go to Photoshop>Preferences>General, click on Reset Preferences On Quit
and restart photoshop.
For windows it would be Edit>Preferences>General, click on Reset Preferences On Quit
and restart photoshop.

Same problem and re-setting preferences doesn't work. Only occurred since latest update to version 21.1.3 on MacOS Catalina. Photoshop now, in effect, unusable

I am having the same issue with Brightness/Contrast right after doing an update today.

I rolled back to previous PS update and it went away. However my presets also dissapeared. Got the presets back, but my workspaces are gone. Not sure I'll update until I know this issue is fixed.
