Color banding on images exported through Photoshop

Hi, I edited some photos recently using the radial filter in raw and adding a filter in photoshop but when I exported them there are banding issues and even worse when I uploaded them to facebook. Is there any cure?

What bit depth did you edit the image: 8 or 16? What color profile did you edit in. If you used a wider gamut profile other than sRGB you will see some compression or banding on other apps.

Hi and thanks for the response. I'm using a MacBook Pro (mid 2009), the version of photoshop is CC 2018 and the operating system is El Capitan 10.11.6
