Color doesnt change

Hello. I just started with photoshop and wanted to start my first piece with the new version. But i cant change the color of the brush even thought i didnt change any settings and everything is on normal mode. I opened a new file and even tried it with different tools. no change. I used CS6 and CS3 before and didnt have that issue. So i would be happy if someone can help me with that.

There are a couple of reasons you might not be seeing color. It will help us if you show a screen shot of you window, including the Layers panel, Toolbar, and options bar.

I hope these are enoth screenshots. I am using the german version.
