Looking for help in how to resolve this issue. Photoshop will not allow me to input the color code that I need. I can change it from a green to white or any other color with no issue. But when I specifically put in 007a33, it always changes it to a different shade of green that is close to what I need, but not the exact correct color.
I do have the blending mode set to multiply, but even when I switch it to normal, the issue persists. Can someone please help?

It is hard to tell from the limited information in your video, however I suspect you are working in CMYK and typing in an RGB value (which is what the hex code is) that does not fit in the gamut of the CMYK profile that you are working in. In your video, the CMYK values do not change.
Supplying the document profile information requested by c.pfaffenbichler will help diagnose this.
