Color Inconsistencies with Color Picker

While working on some art, I noticed my colors were inconsistent. I undid the past couple of changes, but the problem still remained. I looked up everything about color displays and preferences, even uninstalling Photoshop, but the problem stayed. The result is that my colors appear washed out and are not able to go back to their original color values from the color picker. I've attached a screenshot of the colors tab and comparison after using the color picker.

Well, I managed to solve my problem! It was just how my monitor was displaying saturations, which turned out to be an easy fix. Go to Edit>Color Settings>Advanced Controls>Desaturate monitor colors by [x]; 0% means that you get the true color.
