Color Inconsistencies with Color Picker

While working on some art, I noticed my colors were inconsistent. I undid the past couple of changes, but the problem still remained. I looked up everything about color displays and preferences, even uninstalling Photoshop, but the problem stayed. The result is that my colors appear washed out and are not able to go back to their original color values from the color picker. I've attached a screenshot of the colors tab and comparison after using the color picker.
