Color overlay doesn't work.

Color overlay doesnt working, I want to change a color but it didn't change it remains the same.

Pls help me!

The Overlay appears to be as you set it. 

Are you sure you may not have mixed up the Shape Layer’s Color Picker and the Color Overlay’s Color Picker?
