Color selector not updating in PS 2024

Since updating to PS 2024 (25.1.0) on Windows 11, the color selector no longer updates when I select a color using the ALT key. The selected color in the swatch will update as expected, but the color selector (the graph beside it showing the hue and value) no longer updates as it did in PS 2023.

Note in this example, the swatch has updated to the new color that I selected with Alt key, but the selector graph and hue selector still shows previously selected blue color.
