color swatch question

How do I change the shape of a swatch?

I want to change it like the picture below

All those swatches seem to be the same shape and size to me.

You can make any grouping you want and export it and import it delete it

Click and drag each individual swatch to the desired position. Be sure the Swatches panel is sized to accommodate your layout.

Once its set, select all the swatches, and, via the panel menu, save it, in case your prefs get messed up.

Also how the swatch panel displayed will depend on the swatch panel options used and the shape size swatch panel.

There are a couple included with photoshop called Visibone amd Visibone 2 located in

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2022\Presets\Color Swatches

On the internet after searching for Photoshop Color Wheel Swatches

and from DeviantArt which looks the one in your screenshot.

You have to resize the swatches panel depending on the size of the Thumbnails selected from the Swatches flyout menu.
