Colorize neural filter now working but....

Colin Dowse'e solution worked for me and the Colorize filter now works, however, the Smart Portrait filter no longer works and will not download. Previously it was working well. This is all beginning to get a bit frustrating if not annoying. Can this issue be dealt with and sorted out please.

I have sorted this little "problem"out! It heps if you load an image where PhotoShop can detect a face. One feels slightly foolish...
