Colour/Brush issue

I've recently had an issue where the colour would change if I went over a stroke on the same layer. Any help? (Video attached)

Apparently you set the Blend Mode to »Screen«. (see Options Bar)

You have no idea how many times a blend mode perplexed me. (A blend mode that I set and just forgot.)

I've also accidentally invoked them, too, using the keyboard shortcuts. (Shift + Alt (Option on Mac) + a letter like S will give you Screen. M does Multiply, etc.) lol
