Purchased OBJ files are all appearing in greyscale when opening in photoshop.  Any ideas how to resolve?

OBJ files really don't have color, more just 3D mapping. According to a Google search, there seems to be ways to assign colors though other programs, but I think with PS, you really need to create the colors in PS.

OBJ don't have colors, they have textures. If they appear grey, then the textures don't load because they are not in the expected location or you didn't download them along with the geometry. Either that or your system is simply not correctly set up to display them properly in which case you need to check your hardware acceleration preferences and all that. In any case, you have not provided enough info to offer more concrete advise.
