Command play not available

I can play my actions individually but if i go to play all i get "the command play is not available", doesnt matter if its a locked background layer or if i unlock the layer, ive done the scripts thing, not that i could do anything as it was all greyed out, this is first message that comes up so nothing of the action has ran, like i said i can play them individually

You need to expand the action step and make the panel wide enough to fully view all content.

You need to turn off Button Mode in the action panel menu so that the steps are visible, expand the play all, make the panel wide so that the text is visible, then screenshot that and post it here so that we can see what is going on.
