[Commercial Use] Assets created using Generative Fill in PS Beta vs in PS 25.0

Hi, I have a question regarding commercial use for GF. I created some assets a few days ago using Generative Fill from the Beta version. Since Generative Fill has been out of Beta recently, can I use those assets for commercial use? In this case, it's for an MV on YouTube.

You can use content created with Photoshop version 25.0 and above for commercial use.

Content created using Generative Fill and Generative Expand in the Photoshop beta app may not be used for commercial purposes.

@Long Nguyen if you go by the letter of the agreement - no. Anything created in a beta version cannot be used.

My other suggestion is to rebuild in 25.0 anyway - the resolution output/quality will be higher than the beta.
