The lines are showing anti-aliasing. You can improve the quality of an anti-aliased line by increasing the resolution. I can see from the screenshot that your content was being magnified to 249%.
The system tray is covering the layers in your Layers panel in your screenshot, so I can't see which type of layers you have. If you made shape layers, then they would be vector-based.
