Compatibility warnings wrong

In the CC app, it says that v26 "Works on this device" (MacOS 13.7.1), but when Photoshop opens I get a warning that its not comaptible. See attached:

This is a recommendation for an optimal Photoshop experience. You can click 'OK' to skip past the recommendation and continue working on Photoshop. You can also select 'Don't show again'.
