are you using the same display screen and settings? even better is the display system calibrated and profiled?
I see the skin is rather pinkish in image 2, that looks to me like an sRGB image with Adobe RGB used to display it, try edit/assign profile and assign sRGB, any better?
For images without an embedded ICC profile, by necessity an ICC profile has to be assumed so it can be displayed on-screen - Photoshop uses the default RGB colourspace (ICC profile) as defined in Photoshop's Color Settings
