I am experiencing significant frustration with Adobe Photoshop’s inability to process my generative fill requests without providing a valid reason. This limitation hinders my ability to utilize my images for creative purposes, as I am unable to overlay objects onto the subject. It is evident that my requests are creative and do not violate the policies. The issue has persisted for an extended period, with no updates addressing it. Consequently, Photoshop’s functionality has deteriorated significantly, impacting my workflow and creativity.

Hello @Michael Cervinka,
Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.
The most likely issue for that error based on those images is the amount of skin visible, especially when the clothing colour is close to the skin colour. Generally, the way around the problem (depending on what work you are doing) is create another layer to temporarily mask the parts containing skin [which you are not currently working on].
My best,

Its pretty pathertic that you self imposed morals ar emaking the product unusable. I live in Australia and we spend a lot of time on the beach here. So trying to alter a photo with generative fill is impossible, because people on beaches are wearing bathing suits. And even if it were not the case, many, many photographers shoot nude or semi nude, but according to the adobe morality police, this is not allowed. Maybe get an app that checks through the computer camera if we are wearing clothes when we edit photos. Never mind it may be 40 degrees centigrade in out home. Better sweat till we pass out, rather that take our shirt off eh??? GROW UP.

I think I know what your are talking about, you suggesting I temporarily erase the skin or mask it? Thank you for trying to help, much apreciated.

Effectively cover it up with a mask on another layer.

Yep just tried that, ive tried this before in the past, I even went so far as to erase it all together export the image as a new image and then reimport it, it refused to generate the most basic things.

The feature depends on contrast. It usually does not make precise selections (although it is a huge time saver).
