Recently twice my photoshop has been updated and twice my actions have disappeared, is there a contact number for one as the first time I lost actions I can't replace?

Hi!

I would also like to suggest that you turn Auto Update off in your Creative Cloud account. Update manually so you can back up your files and presets before you hit the update button. This will save a lot of headache and stress, and give you the option to keep on working until you are ready to do the update.
