contact sheet 2 customization doesn't work

Hello, 

I am Elias verschraegen and i have a problem with adobe photshop.

When my friend tried to fill in the customazation parameters of his contact 2 sheet.

He was'nt able to change the number excpect for one parameter. (width of document)

The rest didn't want to change numbers but when an external keyboard was connected in school it did work. What are we doing wrong or is it a bug?

I think it is fine to modify the parameters and units in the Contact Sheet || dialogue. I am using Photoshop 25.3.1 on Windows.

Could you please give us more information about the issue you are facing, such as your Photoshop version, some screenshots of the actual dialog and the problem, etc.?

hello, 

I wasn't able to type in a different number. So for example when i tried to change the height of the document it wouldn't let me type any numbers it stayed empty. The only changeable modifier were the one's with a drop down menu and the width of the document. I will try to recreate what i couldnt do with a screenshot. (i am on mac so ignore that. It's just so you know what works and doesn't work) Everything with in the red squares couldn't be changed. Only when an external keyboard was attached it could be changed. (screen keyboard didn't work and the build in keyboard functions properly)

So, you have problem with onscreen keyboard only?
