Can not use content-Aware Fill it is grayed in drop down and fill box. What to do Thank Yoi

you need to make a selection first ( with any selection tool)

then make sure you are on the target layer( pixel-based layer - not smart object or vector shape layer)

What type of layer do you have selected? Is it a locked layer or a smart object? You'll need a layer with a raster image for it to become available.
