Content Aware Fill is getting worse

I know this is hard to prove, but I'm getting tired of the way Content Aware Fill is generating completely out of the way results!

I'm with Photoshop 25.4 now, and since 2 or 3 prior versions, this tool is geting worse and worse in achiev good or intended corrections.

Like if I'm using it to remove some problem in the background, specially near people, it generates a lot of not from the background elements. Even use parts of body of people in the picture, like hair and forehead, hands, even entire faces floating in the background.
Also, when trying to remove energy power poles, or some branch, for exemplo, instead of keep the straight or plain patter of the background, it use another pole or branch. That is happening with spots, also... It is becoming less and less usefull!
There is some way to "reset" the algorithm so it be back to the previous versions when this tools worked wonders?

I think you're talking about the Generative Fill, not the Content Aware Fill, but I feel you. The Remove Tool is useless for me already. It creates random stuff with no context with the original image or background, when trying to remove even simple objects in the scene.

No. Generative Fill is amazing. Works right (and even better than expected) almost every time.
I'm talking about the Content Aware Fill tool, that you can acesss throught the edit menu or Fill tool, selecting it on the Content dropdown.
It was great, not it is not.
