Contextual Task Bar is "missing" in only one image [fixed]

...which is, of course, the one I need it in.

I closed the contextual task bar via the Window drop-down menu, but when I went to open it again a bit later, it's not re-appearing. It has the checkmark next to it in the Window menu, and it appears and hides again in every other project I have handy, except for this one. Is there a way to reset its position, or something? I doubt that's actually the case, because it floats over the entire UI, but it's the only thing I can think of.

EDIT: I just had to click a layer, which I figured out about 5 seconds after I submitted this thread, and I don't see any way to delete this thread. Well, maybe it'll be useful to someone!
