Contextual Taskbar Missing from Version 26.6.0

I reset my photoshop preferences but it is stilll not showing up, even though it is selected in the Window menu. I've been waiting for the Adjust Colours from Beta to be added to the regular version. Anyone else having this issue? Any tips on getting it back?

Edit - it came back mysteriously, I just started using Photoshop and all of a sudden it was there.
