Hi,

Since I updated to the latest version of Photoshop (v25.91), all my keyboard shortcuts have stopped working. I cannot "Ctrl + S" to save or even switch tools or deselect. My keyboard works fine in other applications. I am running Windows 10 and have been using this same exact setup to work with Photoshop in the past.

What I have to do to fix this:

Uninstall / reinstall Photoshop
Reset preferences
Reset keyboard preferences
Reset shortcuts
Reset workspaces
Tried using an older version of Photoshop (22.2)

I can do most things with my mouse, but this obviously is very slow. Any tips on how to fix this?

Hi luka.e.k. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

You can try the below steps:

1. Quit all the other applications from the background from the task manager and then open Photoshop.

Please head here for more steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/keyboard-shortcuts-stop-photoshop-mac.html.

2. If the above steps do not help, then you can check this discussion to get the solution of this issue from our Community Expert and others.
