I would draw the box you are looking to create. Then using the color picker sample each color from your original. And draw another box inside the shape you created and fill. Do this step until you get desired effect you are looking for.

What is the point of this? What is the source material, what are the requirements, the intended output, …? 

Why not, as indicated by @Jumpenjax , simply create shapes manually?
