Question

Converting PSD files to HTML & CSS

Hello,

We currently use Photoshop for all our UI/UX work at Shopsy, our entire website has been designed using it. A problem we currently face is the turnover time it takes from getting our PSD design files to the front-end developer and having them converted into HTML & CSS. Not only does it take a lot of time, but many fine details are also missed in the process. I was wondering if there is a more modern approach to this entire process that would help make it faster and efficient?

Hello, for me i think it's more efficient and faster to use Adode XD in your case : https://www.adobe.com/products/xd.html

Can open PSD files, you can share specifications to devs and more

XD will save many hours and much more 😉

Also this link : https://letsxd.com/

Xd is very easy to use and a part of the CC apps

Doing mockups in Photoshop is fine but for actual development, you need a web editing program.
