How do you intend to copy adjustments?

Are these raw files with CR settings?

Is this a PSD with adjustment layers?

Did you know that you can easily copy and paste adjustments in Lightroom Classic? Simply right-click on the photo with adjustments, select 'Develop Settings', and then 'Copy Settings'. In the 'Copy Settings' dialogue, choose the adjustments you wish to copy. Then, select all the photos to which you want to apply the copied settings, right-click, go to 'Develop Settings', and select 'Paste Settings'.

There is a neural filter to copy the look of one photo to another.

Did you look at the filters? I see Harmonization and Style Transfer. But understand- you may just have to do this manually.

Image > Adjustments > Match Color… is another option, however, I think it will likely lead to unsatisfactory results. It would help to plan common edits with an appropriate workflow, not try to do it after the fact with edits baked into files.

Perhaps the best that you can hope for is setting the curves automatically to match the same shadow and highlight values, perhaps with midtone adjustment.

I tried to adjust by using curves but also  lead to unsatisfactory results 😞

Honestly what you want to do isn't really possible without a lot of skill. You are just going to have to get better at doing manual adjustments.

File > SaveAs copy.

It saves the image & adjustments to a new file name.

My take on this is that these aren't files the OP edited, he is trying to match one JPEG to another.

You can do this now, with custom Adjustment presets.  This has only been available since a few weeks ago.
