Copy and paste frames on another file

Hello

I would like to know if it is possible to copy and paste frames from one photoshop file to another.

I have 2 files, which have almost the same shape and the same layers.

I want to 'save' a frame from the 1st file and put it on the 2nd file, to make me gain more time.

Is it possible ? If not, what can I do to make 2 animations looking the same ?
