Hi.
I have some trouble with PS.
When copying and pasting from a Photoshop file to another Photoshop file, not only the layer is copied, but the location of the layer is also copied and pasted.
When pasting layers from a large file to a small file, the location is changed and it is inconvenient because it is not visible on the screen. Please let me know if you have a solution.
The last version doesn't have this problem I think, Newest version has this issue. It might be more convenient depending on the situation though.

How is the layer's location changed? The layer is new in the document its is pasted into. It never had a previous location in the document. How did you paste in the layer? Place may scale a smart Object layer. Paste does not scaler the layer it add to the document. All Pixels are pasted in, The layer can be larger then the documents canvas size.

Are you using Paste in Place or pasted content is too big for smaller file? Please post some screenshiot or short video to illustrate problem.

If you are copying a layer from one to the other, you be better off simply dragging it from one window to the other. and if you hold down Shift it will drop centered on your file, otherwise it will drop wherever your cursor was when you let go of it
