Copy / paste text layer with effects, on a transparent background won't keep effects in the target i

Hi

I have created a text layer with effects, on a transparent background. I need to select the text and the effects and paste it on a picture. When using the select all / copy / paste, it will not paste the effects, I only have the text pasted without the ellarged border nor the shadow

Any idea where did I go wrong ?
