Hi, I'm trying to edit a picture in the latest PS version. After the first correction with any tool (clone stamp, spot healing brush, content-aware move, etc.), none of them works anymore. I'm on a 2017 MacBook Pro 8GB. I have been trying to use PS for a couple of years now, but I have had to quickly look for alternatives as it has never really worked on my computer.

Hi, thank you. I did as you suggested and when I restarted the software it reopened several files I had been working on during the past months. It also seemed to have been involved in the impossibility to reply to you in the desktop site.

I never heard of that. It should just start normally.
Can you go to Help > System Info and paste the results in your reply.

If Photoshop Crashes when there are document open with unsaved changes longer then the autosave time period. When you open Photoshop it should open the images recovery psb files autosave has created. You need to save these or Photoshop will open the recovery files every time you open Photoshop.
Please post your Photoshop menu Help>System info and any Photoshop crash reports on you system.
