could not complete the render video command because of a problem with adobe media encoder

Hi i have a question.

I make video with animation frame in photoshop cs6. when  i export render video there was an alert box was become

"could not complete the render video command because of a problem with adobe media encoder".

how i fix that error. why that error was become.

i use photoshop cs6

my laptop have RAM 10GB, window 10 64bits.

how i fix it ?
