I'm receiving this error while I'm trying to open PSD file, i tried number of files and most of them didn't worked. At the same time i copied them and paste in other device and they worked.

See the solutions in this document: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/error-invalid-jpeg-marker-displays.html  I suspect the file is not a PSD, but a different file type that has PSD as its extension.

    Are you able to save a PSD file in Photoshop and reopen it?
    Could these other files be corrupt in some way or have the wrong file extension?

    Then that system has some virus you should install fresh windows...regards

    actually it's a new laptop and hte first app installed is adobe
