while working with the source file automatically restarts and also we often face the same error with both Photoshop and Illustrator, we need a solution for the recovery of the important file.

Unexpected end-of-file means the file is corrupt.

 

It is extremely rare that a corrupt file can be recovered.

 

File corruption is always caused by failing hardware. Since you say "we", are you working directly over a network/company server? If so, that's a likely cause. Working directly over network is not supported by Adobe and officially warned against.

 

Save to local drive, then copy over.

 

Another common cause is external drives with worn/loose cables and connectors.
