For the past couple of weeks, I am unable to create, upload or open any document (local or cloud-based) in Photoshop for the Web on Android I am using the latest Chrome for Android on Android 14 on a samsung galaxy tab s9 ultra. I have also tried using latest update for Microsoft Edge and I get the same types of errors.
However, I get no such errors on windows 11 using the PS web app.

Did you ever find a solution? I'm experiencing the same thing. Really frustrating that I can't do anything in Photoshop until this is fixed...

I found a workaround by downloading and using Chrome Dev channel browser. PS online works mostly now for me. Beta and Stable channels of Chrome still doesn't work. I wouldn't mark this as a solution, just a temporary workaround since Chrome Dev has some weird bugs all in of itself..
