CPU FOR PCCC 2019 20.2

I have Win 10 Ram 16 GP.NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 980  Processor intel ( R )CPU C2030GHz 3000 Mhz. Photoshop crashes PSCC 2019 20.2 I got good help from Adobe support..He/she told me I have to little CPU.( I forgot asking how much I need )My support company here wants to know how much more i need  exactly CPU. I do not find answer nowhere. He says mine is enough but it is not. He - company here explain for me why he wants to know exactly..Mother card .processor.a.s,.o

I need use 3D on photoshop. If somebody can help me so I am very grateful.

My Win 10 stationary has been just in service.,I got SSD in November and it made trouble but now it is fixed.. I lost all programs again.Best greetings and i really need help from you. .

    The info shows that you have the latest drivers installed for your GPU but that the GPU is disabled. Can you go to Photoshop >Preferences > Performance and check "Use Graphics Processor. Then press OK and close & restart Photoshop.

    Then try using 3D

    Hi

    Just for clarity can you go to Photoshop Help system info and press copy. Then paste the info here. There are many reasons 3D might not run but I've not seen a low spec CPU being one of them. There may be another reason.

    Second can you confirm what happens when you try and run 3D - is the menu greyed or is Photoshop crashing?

    Thank you very much for your answer,! Adobe was inside ( what a amazing) service! ) my PC and asked if he / she can turn off cpu in my photoshop and told me what i loose and i was nervous and I did not see 3D.I said ; yes.Of course I can turn it on.

    Adobe said i have too little Cpu to photoshop. and i believe them. When I found my graphic card just now on net.Memory is  4096MB GDDR5,

    CPU model :28nm GM204 - 400     CORES: TMU:ROPs:  2048: 128 : 64.

    My company here said the same om memory after I had contact with Adobe.

    I have had PS years,and AE, AI,Pr with no problems (only once with one plugin ) I wonder if the graphic card does not get contact after SSD installation. Can things like that happens.?Problem started after that.This Win 10 has been blowed clean twice in two months. Blowing clean here means almost same as put back to fabric installation,The company here is the best we have in villages.

    I am rather tered after two months problems.Photoshop is my most valuable program.Now I want to learn UN and have bought course on it.

    My screen is 1920 x 1280 if that is important for memory. Many thanks again !   Mirja

    Shall i send all in system? Only way i can do it is to take screenshot and grop in photoshop. I can send hole system if you need it.Thank you for telling me how to do this. Mirja
