Hello every time I finish working on Photoshop and I close it, I get an error asking me to "close the program" or "run debug".
I tried to reset the video card drivers, remove them, reinstall phtoshop but I can't remove this boring error!

Can anyone help me? Thanks

WinTypes.dll is Microsoft DLL. Make sure windows is up to date. Also scan your windows system for problems. If there are none only Adobe knows what part of Photoshop is using that Microsoft DLL.

The  one in my Windows 10 Windows\system32\ is quite new 11/13/2019

Thanks for info but the file is up to date.

The scan of the system don't report anything and i deactivated all plugins for testing.

I try to contact Adobe at least 1 month but no one answers me.
Chat is useless and booking a call is eternal ...

Adobe's support is not the best.   I have not encountered the problem you have on my Windows 10 system. So your problem may be related to your Hardware,  the documents you were processing or a installation problem.  You have tried resetting your Photoshop Preferences I would still try that again.  Corrupt preferences cause all sort of problems.  Corrupt preferences can even survive un-installing  Photoshop and then installing  Photoshop.  Photoshop preferences are not installed when you install Photoshop.  They get created  when a user runs a Photoshop version and the user has no preferences for that version.  So if you reinstall Photoshop and start Photoshop if you users id has corrupt preferences the will be used. Something you do may be corrupting your Preferences. Reset them start Photoshop and the shutdown Photoshop without doing anything see if Photoshop still crashes.
