When I downloaded PNG icon, some PNG icon says CRDOWNLOAD. It is open with VLC media player.  Is there any use of this file in Ps?

Using Chrome Browser?

I keep getting the same error when downloading videos using Adobe Express as well files are not loading.  They are stalled out, I am using Chrome Browser as well.

Have you found a solution to this problem ? This is my first time trying adobe express so I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. Any information would be grately appreciated !
