Hello,

I´m trying to create a gradient with 14 color gradients each at a different opacity level (Light Gradient in the image I attached). I´m very novice to Photoshop and am having a hard time doing this. Any tips or suggestions would help! Much appreciated!

Here's how you can create a gradient with 14 different colors:

  1. Open the Gradients panel (Window > Gradients).
  2. Click the + button at the bottom of the Gradients panel.
  3. In the Gradient Editor that opens, click the New button.
  4. Click the first color stop below the ramp (below the ramp is the color, above the ramp is the opacity).
  5. Click the box to the right of Color in the Stops section at the bottom of the Gradient Editor to open the Color Picker.
  6. Copy the hex value from your list and paste it at the bottom of the Color Picker in the field to the right of #.
  7. Click the stop above the ramp from the color stop.
  8. Set the Opacity value below the ramp in the Stops section in the Opacity field.
  9. Repeat steps 4-8 for the remaining colors/opacities at the desired locations along the ramp.
