Create Multiple images/files with different color overlays

I have a picture of a car that i need to create multiple images with different colors. Is there an easier way to create a list of colors and have photoshop create files with different color overlays on each image. I have a list of colors in an excel file.

What adjustments, layers etc are in use? Can you achieve the look that you require when manually creating this effect? If so it could likely be scripted.

Can you script? Have you searched for a similar script?

This is likely more advanced than my current scripting abilities...

How do you perform this manually? What series of adjustments lead to the desired outcome for a single colour change?

Will the colour change happen happen within the smart objects? What is their significance in the layer structure?

Can you post a cropped screenshot of the expanded layers panel?

Can you post a cropped screenshot of the spreadsheet values?
