Create new document button doesn't work

I noticed recently that in the new document tab* the create button doesnt do anythincg. I can tap all the other buttons normally but it wont create a new document. The other tab* to create new document works okay. Anyone know why is it and  how to solve it? I have the 21.1.3 version.

You have posted in the Photoshop Elements forum.  It looks like you need the Photoshop CC forum.  I will move your post there.  In the meantime, you may want to try resetting the preferences file for the program.  I will let the experts in the other forum guide you through that process.
