I am trying to make an animating photo on photoshop for an assignment in my digital design class but the create timeline option isn't showing up for me . I Have a Dell Inc. XPS 13 and the version of photoshop 26.8 and idk if it's the computer that doesn't support this feature since I was otp with adobe and they tried to help me fix with cleaning the adobe, unistalling and reintalling, and I even reset preferences and nothing. If anyone has suggestion on how to fix it pls let me know.

Thanks for the update. You do reaalize you have to have at least one photo open for it to appear?
Also, dunno if this will help, can't hurt though.

Could you post a screenshot of what your seeing when you have Window>Timeline showing like in Glenn's screenshots?
Also from within Photoshop go to Help>System Info and paste the contents here on the forum.

Hey, @betsy_8843. You've got some great advice from @Glenn 8675309 & @Jeff Arola. To add my 2 cents, in the Timeline Panel, you have two options in the dropdown menu to select between 'Create Frame Animation' & 'Create Video Timeline'.
If you're already in a video timeline, you can use the Timeline Options menu from the right corner & select Delete Timeline to get the selections shared above to Create a Frame Animation.
Let me know if this helps. Thanks!
