I've posted two images, one of which I hope to use to "wrap" the silo structure, but honestly don't know where to begin and how to accomplish the task. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Typically you would create a simplified 3D model of such buildings and apply your artwork as a texture, then compose/ render it together with the BG image. since 3D features in PS just have been declared dead, you would have to use other tools for that. Other than that of course you can always try to slice your image into strips for each of the silo's cylinders and warp them into place using effects and tools. Really depends how realistic you need this and how fast you have to be.

Thanks so much for you insight and instructions. Though I needed it right away for a concept presentation that wouldn't have to be perfect, the steps you describe seem time consuming and frankly, beyond my skill. Guess I'll just have to bone up on the processes you cite and perfect it for another time - I intend to use the skills to create concept images using other artwork ideas. Again, thanks so much!
