Creating Animated gif in PS 2020

Hello all,

 

I'm going through PS tutorials and currently on Animated gifs, all is good until I want to 'make frames from layers' when I click on the fly out menue button the 'make frames from layers' option does not appear!!

Please see attached screenshot

what am I doing wrong?

It seems you haven’t clicked the »Create Frame Animation«-button yet.
